  • Backend Engineer - B2B SaaS Platform

    Fulltime, Permanent

    Job Description:We are looking for a hands-on Backend Engineer to join our lean engineering team and help build a scalable B2B SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who has worked on production backend systems and is comfortable owning features from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and support.

    You will work closely with product, frontend, and business teams to build reliable backend services that support customer workflows, billing, integrations, data processing, and automation. We need an engineer who can think through performance, security, failure handling, financial correctness, and maintainability while moving fast in a practical startup environment.

  • Agentic Engineer

    Job Description:At C4Scale, we are building production AI systems that actually run businesses — not demos, not prototypes, but agents that process thousands of real-world decisions every week. We are looking for an Agentic Engineer to design, build, and operate multi-agent AI systems that work reliably in production.

  • You will own end-to-end delivery of agentic workflows: from prompt engineering and agent design to orchestration, evaluation, and production monitoring.
  • You will work alongside a team that has shipped 7+ production AI systems for B2B clients across fintech, logistics, oil & gas, and SaaS.

  • Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Financial Intelligence

    Fulltime, Permanent

    Job Description:At C4Scale, we are building AI-powered financial intelligence systems that bring together company fundamentals, market data, and information from documents and external sources.

    We are looking for a hands-on engineer who has built and evaluated predictive models for stocks, investment research, or closely related financial applications. You should understand both the modelling challenges and the engineering needed to turn research into a reliable product.

    You will own the work from data preparation and hypothesis development through model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. This includes improving existing document extraction pipelines and exposing model outputs through APIs.

    This role suits someone who is deeply curious about financial markets, takes initiative, and can independently turn an ambiguous question into a measurable engineering outcome.
