Solution & Voice AI Pipeline
We built a pipeline using Deepgram, Eleven Labs and Sarvam for speech-to-text and text-to-speech, combined with OpenAI models for intent classification and response generation. A knowledge base ingests FAQs and product information. The system supports multiple languages and switches context automatically. Telephony providers route calls; our orchestrator manages conversation flow, fallback to human agents, and call recording. Analytics provide lead scoring and call outcomes.
